The invention relates to a power-off method and system of a domain controller, a control assembly and an intelligent driving vehicle, the method is applied to a micro control unit (MCU) of the domain controller, the MCU is connected with one or more system-on-chip (SOC), and the method comprises the following steps: in response to an external power-off instruction, sending a power-off request to each SOC; wherein each SOC provides a running environment for the intelligent driving software of the vehicle, each SOC quits the intelligent driving software after receiving a power-off request and then quits an operating system, and each SOC sends a power-off completion signal to the MCU after finishing quitting the operating system; and when a power-off completion signal fed back by each SOC is received, executing a power-off operation. Through the steps of the method, the quit integrity and safety of the intelligent driving software and the operating system running in the SOC during power-off are improved, and electric quantity waste caused by power-off overtime is avoided.
