The invention relates to an electronically controllable pneumatic brake system (1) for a utility vehicle (202), comprising an electronic operation control unit (10) and a brake pressure modulator (12), the brake pressure modulator regulates the service brake pressure (pB1) at the service brake pressure interface (14) as a function of a service brake signal (SB1) provided by the electronic operation control unit (10). The brake pressure modulator (12) has a blow-off connection (16). Furthermore, the brake system has an electronic redundant control unit (50) and at least one redundant pressure modulator (52), which regulates the redundant brake pressure (pR1) at the redundant brake pressure connection (54) as a function of a redundant brake signal (SR1) provided by the electronic redundant control unit (50). The redundant pressure modulator (52) has a redundant bleed air interface (55). According to the invention, the redundant brake pressure connection (54) is connected to the bleed connection (16) such that the redundant brake pressure (pR1) can be controlled at the service brake pressure connection (14) via a bleed path (17) of the brake pressure modulator (12).
