By adopting the five-level rectifier, the voltage pressure of the switch can be reduced, and the harmonic wave of the input quantity can be improved; a phase-shifted full-bridge DC-DC converter is adopted, and a series resonance circuit is added to realize zero-voltage conversion; and the five-level rectifier and the DC-DC converter are integrated together, so that a uniform power factor can be kept, and a vehicle-mounted function can be realized.
