The system comprises a data cloud platform, a crane safety monitoring module and a crane external environment safety monitoring module. The data cloud platform is used for storing a three-dimensional appearance image of the travelling crane, storing a three-dimensional drawing of a working site of the travelling crane and storing construction data of the travelling crane; the travelling crane safety monitoring module is used for monitoring the safety of the travelling crane and evaluating the safety coefficient of the travelling crane; the travelling crane external environment safety monitoring module is used for carrying out safety monitoring on the external environment of the travelling crane and evaluating the external environment safety coefficient of the travelling crane. By constructing the intelligent construction safety monitoring system of the travelling crane, intelligent construction safety monitoring is carried out on the travelling crane, the safety range between the travelling crane and the obstacle is calculated by utilizing a core algorithm, real-time early warning is carried out, the sight blind area is avoided, and the monitoring efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种基于临近既有线行车吊施工安全监测系统,涉及行车吊施工安全监测技术领域。本发明包括数据云平台、行车吊自身安全监测模块、行车吊外界环境安全监测模块;数据云平台用于存储行车吊的三维外观图像,存储行车吊工作场地三维图纸、存储行车吊的施工数据;行车吊自身安全监测模块用于行车吊进行自身的安全监测,评估行车吊的自身安全系数;行车吊外界环境安全监测模块用于行车吊的外界环境进行安全监测,评估行车吊的外界环境安全系数。本发明通过构建行车吊的智能施工安全监测系统,对行车吊进行智能施工安全监测,利用核心算法计算行车吊到障碍物之间的安全范围,进行实时预警,避免了视线存在盲区,提高监测效率。
