The invention discloses a high-interoperability unmanned aerial vehicle charging magnetic coupling mechanism and a wireless charging system, and relates to the field of unmanned aerial vehicle wireless charging, and the high-interoperability unmanned aerial vehicle charging magnetic coupling mechanism comprises a first-layer transmitting coil, a second-layer transmitting coil located below the first-layer transmitting coil, and a second-layer transmitting coil located below the second-layer transmitting coil, the first receiving coil and the second receiving coil are respectively wound on unmanned aerial vehicle undercarriages with different configurations; wherein when the unmanned aerial vehicles with different configurations are charged, the first-layer transmitting coil and/or the second-layer transmitting coil is started to perform mutual inductance with the first receiving coil or the second receiving coil. The multi-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle charging system can be compatible with different configurations of unmanned aerial vehicles and meet the charging requirements of different configurations of multi-rotor unmanned aerial vehicles.
