According to the method, the liquid impact risk of the compressor is pre-judged according to the liquid level height of the liquid storage tank, and the heater is controlled according to the lubricating oil parameters and the external environment temperature of the air conditioning system, so that the refrigerant in the compressor is separated out, liquid impact possibly existing in the initial stage of starting of the compressor is avoided, and the reliability and the service life of the compressor are improved.
