The invention relates to the technical field of aviation braking, in particular to an anti-lock piston assembly for an aviation braking airplane wheel and a design method.The method comprises the steps that the outer diameter of a piston is determined according to preset braking force and braking pressure; acquiring the elastic force of the spring; determining the friction force between the spring sleeve and the pull rod and the length of the spring sleeve; determining the depth of an inner cavity of the sleeve; and the anti-lock piston assembly is obtained. When the phenomenon that the piston does not return occurs, the piston abnormally moves to press the brake disc, at the moment, the metal piece has elastic deformation and needs to recover, after pressure relief, the brake disc presses the piston to move in the direction away from the brake disc under the elastic deformation recovery effect of the metal piece, the sleeve is driven to return, and brake loosening is achieved; and the pressing force between the piston and the brake disc is greatly reduced, and the generated brake friction torque is also greatly reduced, so that tire dragging, tire burst and overheat of airplane wheels caused by landing with a brake are avoided, and the landing safety risk of the airplane is further reduced.

    本发明涉及航空刹车技术领域,具体涉及一种用于航空刹车机轮的防抱死活塞组件及设计方法,该方法包括:根据预设的刹车力和刹车压力,确定活塞的外径;获取弹簧的弹力;确定弹簧套与拉杆的摩擦力,以及弹簧套的长度;确定套筒的内腔深度;得到防抱死活塞组件。本发明在出现活塞不回位现象时,活塞异常移动压紧刹车盘,此时金属件存在弹性变形需要恢复,在泄压后,刹车盘在金属件的弹性变形恢复作用下压住活塞向远离刹车盘的方向移动,带动套筒回退,实现松刹车,活塞与刹车盘之间的压紧力大幅减小,产生的刹车摩擦力矩也大幅减小,从而避免带刹车着陆导致的飞机刹车拖胎、爆胎及机轮过热,进而降低飞机的着陆安全风险。
