The invention discloses a highway toll station management method for long tunnel group emergencies, and the method comprises the following steps: obtaining the longest average congestion distance of a highway based on the type of the emergencies; determining a target management and control toll station based on the longest average congestion distance; the road traffic capacity at the emergency and the traffic flow at the entrance and exit of the target management and control toll station are obtained; and based on the road traffic capacity and the traffic flow at the entrance and exit of the target management and control toll station, obtaining the number of open lanes of the target management and control toll station, and further managing and controlling the lanes. The traffic entering the expressway is limited by adjusting the number of the lanes of the toll station, the upstream arrival traffic is reduced, and congestion caused by emergencies is relieved.

    本发明公开了一种面向长隧道群突发事件的高速公路收费站管理方法,包括以下步骤:基于突发事件类型,获得公路的最长平均拥堵距离;基于所述最长平均拥堵距离,确定目标管控收费站;获取突发事件处的道路通行能力以及目标管控收费站出入口的车流量;基于所述道路通行能力以及目标管控收费站出入口的车流量,获得目标管控收费站的开放车道数量,进而对车道进行管控。通过调节收费站的车道数量限制进入高速公路的流量,降低上游到达流量,缓解了突发事件带来的拥堵。
