The invention discloses a cross-medium aircraft, an underwater gravity buoyancy center adjusting device and an underwater attitude adjusting method, and belongs to the technical field of cross-medium aircrafts. The cross-medium aircraft comprises a floating block and a traction assembly. The floating block is arranged in a water ballast space of the aircraft, and the density of the floating block is smaller than that of water; the traction assembly is used for adjusting the position of the floating block in the water ballast space so as to adjust the pitching attitude of the aircraft under water; when the floating block is located at the head of the water ballast tank, the underwater vehicle is in a floating gliding posture; when the floating block is located at the tail of the water ballast tank, the underwater vehicle is in a downward gliding posture; when the floating block is located in the middle of the water ballast space, the underwater vehicle is in a horizontal gliding posture.
