The invention provides a working condition control method suitable for hybrid power vehicle OBD diagnosis, which comprises the following steps: when a three-way catalytic converter recovery working condition execution condition is met, an engine reverse towing working condition is entered, and an engine is reversely towed through a generator; after the reverse towing engine working condition lasts for the first time, the engine enters a transition working condition, a generator is unloaded, and the engine maintains the target rotating speed; and if unloading of the generator is completed, entering an auxiliary power unit power generation working condition, and driving the generator to generate power for a second time through the engine so as to complete execution of working condition recovery of the three-way catalytic converter. The problem that an extended-range hybrid power system engine cannot complete diagnosis of TWC degradation efficiency, a TWC inlet oxygen sensor and a TWC outlet oxygen sensor through OBD diagnosis is solved.

    本发明提供一种适用于混合动力车辆OBD诊断的工况控制方法,其包含:当满足三元催化转化器恢复工况执行条件时,进入倒拖发动机工况,通过发电机倒拖发动机;倒拖发动机工况持续第一时间后,进入过渡工况,发电机卸载,发动机维持目标转速;若发电机卸载完成,进入辅助动力单元发电工况,通过发动机带动发电机发电持续第二时间,以完成三元催化转化器恢复工况的执行。本发明解决增程式混合动力系统发动机无法完成OBD诊断对TWC劣化效率、TWC入口、出口氧传感器诊断的问题。
