The invention discloses a vehicle brake auxiliary device and a method thereof, which are suitable for depth control of a brake pedal of a vehicle brake system so as to achieve a required vehicle brake deceleration rate. The device comprises a pedal depth sensing device, a brake cable, a traction piece, an inhaul cable, a fixing pipe fitting, a driving module and an electronic control unit. The electronic control unit executes a brake assisting control method and has two working modes of brake assisting and manual braking. In the brake assisting mode, a brake deceleration instruction is received, and a brake assisting device is started to control the treading depth of a brake pedal so as to brake and decelerate the vehicle; in the manual brake mode, the processes of device reliability detection, brake adjustment and the like are executed so as to confirm the device reliability and improve the brake control accuracy; in the brake auxiliary mode, the manual brake intervention condition can be detected, and manual brake is switched and recovered.

    一种车辆刹车辅助装置与其方法,适用于车辆刹车系统的刹车踏板的深度控制,以达到所需车辆刹车减速率;该装置包括踏板深度感测装置、刹车线、牵引件、拉索、固定管件、驱动模块与电子控制单元;电子控制单元执行刹车辅助控制方法,有刹车辅助及人工刹车两种工作模式。在刹车辅助模式下,接受刹车减速指令,启动刹车辅助装置控制刹车踏板的踩踏深度以实施车辆刹车减速;在人工刹车模式下,执行装置可靠度检测及刹车调校等流程,以确认装置可靠度及提升刹车控制精准度;在刹车辅助模式下可侦测人工刹车介入情况,并切换恢复为人工刹车。
