The invention provides an intelligent energy management method for a hybrid electric vehicle based on gradient prediction. The intelligent energy management method comprises the following steps: establishing various energy source models and a whole vehicle model in the hybrid electric vehicle; according to the gradient and speed information of a vehicle at the current moment, prediction is carried out through a long-short-term memory network to obtain total required power, power layering processing is carried out through a fuzzy-control self-adaptive low-pass filter and an equivalent consumption minimum strategy, and the hybrid electric vehicle energy management system based on gradient prediction is constructed. The total equivalent hydrogen consumption of each energy source, the service life condition of a fuel cell and the SoC of an energy storage system under a predicted gradient are used as learning targets, and an efficient mixed experience playback technology is designed to update a network in an intelligent algorithm. On the basis of considering the road gradient information, the energy management of the hybrid electric vehicle can be optimized and adjusted online, and the optimal strategy can be better updated in a complicated and random driving environment by predicting the road gradient in real time.

    本发明提供了一种基于坡度预测的混合动力汽车智能能量管理方法,包括以下步骤:建立混合动力汽车中各能量源模型和整车模型;根据车辆当前时刻的坡度及速度信息,通过长短期记忆网络进行预测获取总需求功率,采用模糊控制的自适应低通滤波器和等效消耗最小策略的构建思想对功率分层处理,构建一种基于坡度预测的混合动力汽车能量管理系统,以各能量源的总等效氢耗,燃料电池的寿命情况以及预测坡度下储能系统的SoC为学习目标,设计高效的混合经验回放技术对智能算法中网络进行更新。本发明可在考虑道路坡度信息的基础上,对混合动力汽车的能量管理进行在线优化调节,通过实时预测道路坡度,在复杂、随机的驾驶环境下更好的更新最优策略。
