The invention provides a trailer rear axle braking energy recovery and auxiliary steering system and a control method thereof. The trailer rear axle braking energy recovery and auxiliary steering system comprises a detection unit, a control unit and an execution unit. The detection unit detects vehicle information, and the vehicle information comprises a brake signal, a steering wheel angle signal, a current/torque signal of a motor, a vehicle speed signal, a rear wheel angle signal and a battery SOC signal; the control unit distributes a working mode of the vehicle at the next moment according to the vehicle information and generates a control instruction; and the execution unit comprises a motor for executing a braking energy recovery mode or a rear axle auxiliary steering mode, and executes a vehicle control instruction according to the vehicle mode at the next moment. The two functions of braking energy recovery and rear axle auxiliary steering are achieved through the single motor, and the light weight of the vehicle can be achieved easily. And the maneuverability, the control portability, the driving stability and the energy recovery efficiency of the vehicle are remarkably improved, so that the performance characteristics of the vehicle are comprehensively improved, and the overall vehicle performance range is widened.

    本发明提供了一种挂车后轴制动能量回收与辅助转向系统及其控制方法,包括检测单元、控制单元和执行单元;检测单元检测车辆信息,车辆信息包括制动信号、方向盘转角信号、电机的电流/转矩信号、车速信号、后轮转角信号和电池SOC信号;控制单元根据车辆信息分配下一时刻车辆的工作模式并生成控制指令;执行单元包括执行制动能量回收模式或后轴辅助转向模式的电机,根据下一时刻车辆模式,执行车辆控制指令。本发明利用单一电机实现制动能量回收和后轴辅助转向两个功能,有助于实现车辆轻量化。并且通过显著提升车辆的机动性、操控轻便性、行驶稳定性和能量回收效率,以全面改善车辆的性能特性,从而拓宽整体车辆性能的范围。
