The invention provides a braking system, a trackless rubber-tyred vehicle and a braking method.The braking system comprises a mechanical braking unit, and the braking end of the mechanical braking unit is connected with the power output end of a driving motor; the power supply end of the power storage unit is connected with the power supply end of the driving motor, and a first switch is arranged between the power supply end of the power storage unit and the power supply end of the driving motor; the power supply end of the electro-optical conversion unit is connected with the power supply end of the driving motor, and a second switch is arranged between the power supply end of the electro-optical conversion unit and the power supply end of the driving motor; and the output end of the control unit is connected with the input ends of the mechanical braking unit, the first switch and the second switch. According to the braking system, the trackless rubber-tyred vehicle and the braking method, the braking energy borne by the mechanical braking unit is greatly reduced, the braking loss is greatly reduced, and then the fault rate of the mechanical braking unit is effectively reduced.

    本公开提出一种制动系统、无轨胶轮车和制动方法,其中,制动系统包括:机械制动单元,机械制动单元的制动端和驱动电机的动力输出端相连;储电单元,储电单元的电源端和驱动电机的供电端相连,且储电单元的电源端和驱动电机的供电端之间设置有第一开关;电光转换单元,电光转换单元的电源端和驱动电机的供电端相连,且电光转换单元的电源端和驱动电机的供电端之间设置有第二开关;控制单元,控制单元的输出端分别与机械制动单元、第一开关和第二开关的输入端相连。在本公开的一种制动系统、无轨胶轮车和制动方法中,使得机械制动单元承担的制动能量大幅减小,制动损耗大幅降低,进而有效降低了机械制动单元的故障率。
