The invention discloses a locomotive operation monitoring video relay method and device and electronic equipment. The locomotive operation monitoring video relay method comprises the steps that the communication state of a wireless communication terminal corresponding to a locomotive and the communication state of at least one wireless access point arranged on a locomotive running route are determined; determining a target access point from the at least one wireless access point according to the communication state; and obtaining and displaying a current picture of target monitoring equipment associated with the target access point, wherein the target monitoring equipment is used for shooting a driving picture of the locomotive. According to the technical scheme, whether the locomotive travels to the communication range of the wireless access point or not is determined according to the communication state of the wireless communication terminal and the wireless access point of the locomotive, and then when whether the locomotive travels to the communication range of the wireless access point or not, the locomotive traveling picture is shot through the monitoring device associated with the wireless access point; and the effective monitoring on the operation of the locomotive is realized.

    本发明公开了一种机车运行监控视频的接力方法、装置及电子设备,包括:确定机车对应的无线通信终端和机车行驶线路上设置的至少一个无线接入点的通信状态;根据通信状态,从至少一个无线接入点中确定目标接入点;获取并展示目标接入点关联的目标监控设备的当前画面,目标监控设备用于拍摄机车的行驶画面。本发明的技术方案,通过机车的无线通信终端和无线接入点的通信状态,确定机车是否行驶至无线接入点处的通信范围,进而在机车是否行驶至无线接入点处的通信范围时,通过无线接入点关联的监控设备的拍摄机车行驶画面,实现了对机车运行的有效监控。
