The invention discloses a brake, a braking system and a vehicle, the brake comprises a hydraulic cylinder, the hydraulic cylinder is provided with a braking hole, and the braking hole is provided with a piston assembly capable of axially moving along the braking hole; the limiting bracket is fixed on the hydraulic cylinder and covers the brake hole; the push rod penetrates through the limiting support and is connected with the piston, and the push rod is suitable for driving the piston assembly to move in the axial direction of the brake hole; the elastic element is arranged on the limiting support and opposite to the piston assembly, and the elastic element is suitable for abutting against the piston assembly for limiting. Therefore, by arranging the elastic element, the piston assembly abuts against the elastic element in the returning process of the brake pedal of the vehicle, direct collision between the piston assembly and the limiting support is avoided, the collision noise generated when the piston assembly returns can be reduced, and the NVH performance of the whole vehicle is improved.

    本发明公开了一种制动器、制动系统以及车辆,制动器包括:液压缸,所述液压缸具有制动孔,所述制动孔设有可沿制动孔轴向移动的活塞组件;限位支架,所述限位支架固定于所述液压缸且罩设于所述制动孔;推杆,所述推杆穿设于所述限位支架且与所述活塞连接,所述推杆适于驱动所述活塞组件沿所述制动孔的轴向移动;弹性元件,所述弹性元件设于所述限位支架且与所述活塞组件相对,所述弹性元件适于与所述活塞组件抵接限位。由此,通过设置弹性元件,车辆的制动踏板回位过程中,活塞组件与弹性元件抵接,避免活塞组件与限位支架发生直接撞击,可以降低活塞组件回位时的撞击噪音,提升整车NVH性能。
