The invention provides a hoisting system and a hoisting method for a container ship lashing bridge, the hoisting system and the hoisting method are respectively suitable for a vertical hoisting system and a turnover hoisting system, the vertical hoisting system comprises hoisting rows, each hoisting row is provided with two pulley blocks which are arranged side by side in the length direction of the lashing bridge, each pulley block is provided with a pulley end steel wire rope, and the hoisting rows are connected with the hoisting rows; a hoisting included angle is formed between the two pulley end steel wire ropes; one end of the lifting point end steel wire rope is connected with the pulley end steel wire rope through a connecting shackle, and the other end is connected with the lifting point through a tail end fixing device. Turnover hoisting is similar to that of the prior art, through combined application of the hoisting belt and the steel wire rope, use of a large number of hoists is omitted, the material cost, the construction cost and the time cost are reduced, the reliability and convenience of the hoisting technology of the binding bridge in the ship building process are guaranteed, and the ship building efficiency is improved.

    本申请提供了一种集装箱船绑扎桥的吊装系统及吊装方法,分别适用于立态吊装系统和翻身吊装系统,立态吊装系统包括:吊排,每个吊排均配置两个沿绑扎桥长度方向并排设置的滑轮组,每个滑轮组配置一根滑轮端钢丝绳,两根滑轮端钢丝绳之间形成一起吊夹角;吊点端钢丝绳,吊点端钢丝绳一端通过连接卸扣与滑轮端钢丝绳连接,另一端通过末端固定装置与吊点连接。翻身吊装与之类似,通过吊装带与钢丝绳组合运用,取消了吊马的大量使用,减少了材料、施工和时间成本,保证了船舶建造过程中绑扎桥的吊装工艺可靠性及便捷性,提高了船舶建造效率。
