The invention provides a stacked satellite structure suitable for rapid assembly. The stacked satellite structure comprises a bottom plate, side plates, partition plates, corner pieces and force transmission columns. The bottom plate, the side plates and the partition plates are all made of aluminum skin honeycomb sandwich structure plates, and a reliable installation environment can be provided for satellite instruments and equipment. The corner pieces are made of stainless steel pieces, and reliable connection can be provided for star structure plates by combining a bolt-nut installation mode. The force transmission columns are made of aluminum alloy, are main force transmission structures of stacked satellites and are installed at the centers of the side plates correspondingly. The stacked satellite structure is of a semi-open type flat plate structure formed by connecting angle pieces, and stacking and combination of multiple layers of satellites in a subsequent satellite group are facilitated. The important problems that a satellite structure is long in assembly period, high in development cost and the like are solved, and the beneficial effects of being simple in structure, rapid in assembly, low in mass, low in cost and the like are achieved.

    本发明提供了一种适用于快速装配的堆叠卫星结构,包括底板、侧板、隔板、角片和传力柱。所述底板、侧板和隔板均由铝蒙皮蜂窝夹层结构板制成,可为星上仪器设备提供可靠的安装环境;所述角片由不锈钢片制成,联合螺栓‑螺母的安装方式,可为星体结构板之间提供可靠的连接;所述传力柱由铝合金制成,是堆叠卫星的主传力结构,分别安装在侧板中心处;所述堆叠卫星结构是由角片连接组成的半开放式平板构型,便于后续卫星群内多层卫星的堆叠组合。本发明解决了卫星结构装配周期长、研制成本高等重要问题,取得了结构简单、快速装配、质量较轻、成本低廉等有益效果。
