The pressure accumulation tank is configured so as to accumulate the hydraulic oil in the oil chamber and so as to be able to discharge the hydraulic oil from the oil chamber. The ECU (4) calculates the amount of movement of the piston on the basis of a change in the volume of the gas chamber. When the calculated integrated value of the amount of movement exceeds a threshold value, the ECU (4) determines that the life of the accumulator tank has reached.
