The invention discloses a modular hydrogen fuel cell system and an arrangement method, and the modular hydrogen fuel cell system comprises: an electric pile PACK module which is independently arranged and is used for reducing the height size of the system; the manifold distribution assembly is arranged on one side of the electric pile PACK module and is used for sealing and distributing fluid; the DCDC electrical assembly is arranged on one side of the manifold distribution assembly and is used for shortening a high-low voltage power supply line; and the BOP auxiliary assembly is externally hung and fixed along the periphery of the back of the DCDC electrical assembly, so that modular disassembly and assembly are facilitated. The arrangement method comprises the following steps: judging the type of an arrangement vehicle, and longitudinally or transversely arranging the hydrogen fuel cell system in the vehicle through the suspension site. According to the invention, the overall size of the system and the number of parts are greatly reduced, the working hours in the production link and the manufacturing cost are effectively reduced, more arrangement space is reserved for the whole vehicle, the maintenance efficiency of each component and module is effectively improved, and the later operation and maintenance cost is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种模块化氢燃料电池系统及布置方法,模块化氢燃料电池系统包括:电堆PACK模组,电堆PACK模组独立设置,用于降低系统高度尺寸;歧管分配组件,歧管分配组件设置于电堆PACK模组一侧,用于密封和分配流体;DCDC电气组件,DCDC电气组件设置于歧管分配组件一侧,用于缩短高低压供电线路;BOP辅助组件,BOP辅助组件沿DCDC电气组件背部周围外挂固定,便于模块化拆装。布置方法包括:判断布置车辆类型,通过悬置位点将氢燃料电池系统在车辆中采取纵向布置或横向布置。本发明,系统整体尺寸和零部件数量大幅缩减,有效降低了生产环节工时和制造成本,为整车留出更多的布置空间,且有效提升了各组件和模块的维保效率,降低后期运营维护成本。
