The invention relates to the field of motor control, in particular to an electric automobile torque control system which directly samples bus current without using a hardware module and is composed of a whole automobile control unit, a motor controller and a battery management system. The whole vehicle control unit obtains battery information sampled in real time from the battery management system, and motor configuration information is obtained through calculation and then sent to the motor controller. The motor controller samples motor state information which does not contain bus current in real time, and calculates the bus current and a torque control command in combination with motor configuration information. And the bus current is fed back to a whole vehicle control unit and a battery management system. The torque control command is executed by the motor controller. The invention also comprises a method. According to the method, the bus current is calculated from the data which needs to be collected by the original control motor, so that convenient, reliable and low-cost motor control is realized, meanwhile, bus current information does not need to be transmitted back and forth by using a bus, the torque limit can be quickly responded, and the signal transmission delay is improved.

    本发明涉及电机控制领域,特别是一种电动汽车扭矩控制系统,它不使用硬件模块直接采样母线电流,由整车控制单元、电机控制器和电池管理系统构成。整车控制单元从电池管理系统获得实时采样的电池信息,计算得到电机配置信息后,发送到电机控制器。电机控制器实时采样不包含母线电流的电机状态信息,结合电机配置信息,计算母线电流和扭矩控制命令。母线电流反馈至整车控制单元和电池管理系统。扭矩控制命令由电机控制器执行。本发明还包含方法。本发明从原本控制电机就需要采集的数据中,计算得到母线电流,从而实现方便可靠且低成本的电机控制,同时无需利用总线来回传递母线电流信息,能够快速响应扭矩限制,改善信号传输延迟。
