The invention discloses an evaluation method and device for an automobile safe driving event and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring static environment characteristics, dynamic environment characteristics, vehicle kinetic energy characteristics and event degree characteristics of an event; and inputting the static environment feature, the dynamic environment feature, the vehicle kinetic energy feature and the event degree feature into a pre-trained full-connection neural network, and calculating an evaluation result of the event through the full-connection neural network. The event is evaluated based on the static environment characteristics and the dynamic environment characteristics in combination with the vehicle kinetic energy characteristics and the event degree characteristics, so that the event can be comprehensively and accurately evaluated through the spatio-temporal characteristics of the event, accurate mastering of the driving behavior of a driver is facilitated, and the driving experience of the driver is improved. And the accuracy of grading and classification assessment and directional training of the driver is improved.
