The invention relates to a vehicle endurance prediction model, a training method, a prediction method and equipment. The vehicle endurance prediction model comprises an aggregation module and a prediction module. The aggregation module comprises a frequency domain transformation unit, a two-dimensional reconstruction unit, a feature mining unit, a one-dimensional reconstruction unit and an assignment unit; the frequency domain transformation unit is used for determining the frequency and the period length of the first k average amplitude values; the two-dimensional reconstruction unit is used for obtaining a two-dimensional feature vector; the feature mining unit is used for feature mining; the one-dimensional reconstruction unit is used for reconstructing the two-dimensional feature vector after feature mining into a one-dimensional feature vector; the assignment unit is used for performing normalization processing according to the first k average amplitude values, and obtaining an aggregation feature vector according to a normalization vector and the one-dimensional feature vector; and the prediction module is used for performing prediction based on the aggregated feature vector to obtain the predicted endurance mileage, and by adopting the technology of the invention, the problem of inaccurate endurance prediction of the vehicle energy consumption model in the prior art is improved.
