The invention belongs to the technical field of aircraft catapult-assisted take-off design, and particularly relates to an aircraft double-engine linkage catapult-assisted take-off control method which comprises the steps that 1, an aircraft is transferred to a catapult-assisted take-off position, and a bias plate for catapult-assisted take-off is set to be in a closed state; secondly, the throttle lever is pushed to the small force application position from the slow vehicle position within the set duration, meanwhile, the bias plate is controlled to rise, and when the throttle lever reaches the small force application position, the bias plate rises to the working position; 3, stress application connection signals of the two engines are monitored, if one engine is connected in a stress application mode and the other engine is connected in a stress application mode within a set time difference, the catapult is controlled to be opened to enable the aircraft to slide out, and if one engine is connected in a stress application mode and the other engine is not connected in a stress application mode within the set time difference, a throttle lever is pushed to a slow vehicle position to enable the aircraft to slide out; the bias plate is controlled to be put down to a closed state, and catapult-assisted take-off is carried out again; and fourthly, the throttle lever is pushed to the full stress application position within the limited duration, and maximum thrust takeoff is achieved.
