The invention discloses a dual-power-supply energy recovery power switching charging and discharging system for an electric automobile, which comprises a battery pack A, a battery pack B, a change-over switch for switching the working modes of the battery pack A and the battery pack B, a high-voltage quick charging device, a road condition operation control assembly, a power switching control module, a time delay relay, a coulombmeter Sigma A1, a 380V power line charging interface and a parking control switch S2, the power output is cut off at the third gear, and the vehicle is allowed to be parked safely. By introducing a double-battery-pack framework, an active energy recovery mechanism, intelligent power supply switching control and road condition adaptive charging and discharging management, the system aims at overcoming many limitations of an existing electric vehicle power system, and higher energy efficiency, longer endurance mileage and better driving experience are achieved; while power output is ensured, the energy recovery efficiency is effectively improved, the mileage anxiety of a driver is relieved, the use convenience is improved, and safe and long-life operation of a battery pack is ensured.
