The invention discloses an electric vehicle charging and discharging strategy optimization method and a related device, and the method comprises the steps: constructing a mathematical optimization model for dynamic reconstruction of a power distribution network according to the load data of a target system of joint optimization, and carrying out the solving of an obtained dynamic reconstruction result; probability distribution functions of travel characteristic quantities of the electric vehicles are created based on a travel chain theory, and travel chain parameters of the electric vehicles are obtained through random sampling by using a Monte Carlo method according to the probability distribution functions; determining a network access area of the electric vehicle according to the trip chain parameters, and determining a charging station of the electric vehicle according to the reconstructed power grid voltage condition; according to the reconstructed network structure and trip chain parameters, constructing an electric vehicle charging and discharging strategy optimization model, and solving to obtain a result after joint optimization; therefore, the problems that in the prior art, the characteristics of power distribution network reconstruction and electric vehicle charging and discharging are neglected, coordination between two optimization means cannot be reasonably achieved, and the advantages of the two optimization means cannot be maximized are solved.

    本申请公开了一种电动汽车充放电策略优化方法及相关装置,包括:根据联合优化的目标系统的负荷数据构建配电网动态重构的数学优化模型,并进行求解得到的动态重构结果;基于出行链理论创建电动汽车的出行特征量的概率分布函数,根据各概率分布函数利用蒙特卡洛法随机抽样得到电动汽车的出行链参数;根据出行链参数确定电动汽车入网地区,并根据重构后的电网电压状况确定电动汽车的充换电站;根据重构后的网络结构和出行链参数,构建电动汽车充放电策略优化模型,并进行求解得到联合优化后的结果;从而解决了现有技术忽视了配电网重构和电动汽车充放电两者各自的特性,无法合理地实现两种优化手段间的协调,将二者的优势最大化的问题。
