The invention discloses a heuristic power generation all-in-one machine controller, an unmanned aerial vehicle heuristic power generation system and a control method. The heuristic power generation all-in-one machine controller comprises a main power circuit, a driving circuit and a control circuit. The control circuit is set to detect whether the starting and power generation all-in-one machine is normal or not when an ignition signal is received; when the inspiration and power generation all-in-one machine is in a normal state, the working mode of the main power circuit is determined according to the state information of the external low-voltage battery and the state information of the airborne high-voltage battery, and a corresponding driving signal is output to the driving circuit according to the determined working mode; the main power circuit is set to at least perform one of the following operations under the driving of the driving circuit: direct current is converted into three-phase alternating current so as to drive the starting and power generation all-in-one machine; the three-phase alternating current generated by power generation of the starting and power generation all-in-one machine is converted into high-voltage direct current; converting the high-voltage direct current into low-voltage direct current; and the low-voltage direct current is converted into high-voltage direct current.
