The invention provides a top emergency unlocking mechanism of an elevator car, and belongs to the technical field of elevators. Comprising a lift car and a treatment box, a small belt wheel is rotationally connected to the inner wall of the treatment box, a balance wheel is rotationally connected to the outer wall of the treatment box, a butt joint assembly is installed at one end of the small belt wheel, a driven assembly is installed at one end of the balance wheel, and a linkage assembly is installed in the treatment box. By arranging the butt-joint assembly and the driven assembly, when a circuit of the elevator is in an emergency fault state, the butt-joint assembly and the driven assembly can be matched structurally, a small belt wheel and a balance wheel are automatically disconnected and connected, at the moment, a car door does not depend on a motor driving switch any more, trapped persons in the elevator can manually open the car door, and the safety of the elevator is improved. The matching relation between the butt joint assembly and the driven assembly does not depend on manual operation, the effect generated by matching of the butt joint assembly and the driven assembly under different conditions is automatically completed, the opening and closing modes of the car door are more diversified, and then the car door can still be normally opened under the emergency failure condition of an elevator.

    本发明提供一种电梯轿厢的顶部紧急解锁机构,属于电梯技术领域。包括轿厢和处理箱,处理箱的内壁上转动连接有小带轮,处理箱的外壁上转动连接有摆轮,小带轮的一端安装有对接组件,摆轮的一端安装有从动组件,处理箱内安装有联动组件。本发明通过设置对接组件和从动组件,当电梯的电路处于紧急故障状态时,对接组件和从动组件会在结构上产生配合,并让小带轮和摆轮之间自动断开联通,此时轿门不再依赖电机驱动开关,电梯内的受困人员可以手动打开轿门,对接组件和从动组件之间的配合关系不依赖任何人为操作,二者在不同情况下配合产生的效果都是自动完成的,轿门的开关方式更多元化,进而使得电梯在紧急故障情况下轿门依然可以正常打开。
