The invention relates to the technical field of electronics, and discloses a method and a device for calculating power consumption per hundred kilometers of a pure electric vehicle based on driving data. According to the method, the total power consumption of a target vehicle in a preset statistical period is calculated based on the number of driving segments of the target vehicle, the change value of the charge capacity of a battery in each driving segment, the rated capacity of the battery, the health state of the battery, the charging power loss rate and the power transmission loss rate; and based on the total power consumption of the target vehicle in the preset statistical period and the effective driving mileage of each driving segment, determining the power consumption per hundred kilometers of the target vehicle. According to the method provided by the invention, the hundred-kilometer power consumption of the target vehicle is calculated, the accuracy and credibility of the used power consumption are higher, the calculated hundred-kilometer power consumption is more accurate, beneficial support is provided for design, production and popularization of new energy vehicles, and sustainable development of clean energy traffic is promoted.
