The invention relates to a vehicle condition estimation system, a vehicle condition estimation method, and a storage medium. A vehicle condition estimation system comprises: a vehicle weather information acquisition unit capable of acquiring vehicle weather information relating to the weather around a vehicle from an artificial satellite; a vehicle exterior information acquisition unit and a vehicle interior information acquisition unit capable of acquiring vehicle traveling state information from an exterior sensor and an interior sensor mounted on the vehicle and capable of detecting the traveling state of the vehicle; and an actual weather condition information generation unit capable of generating, on the basis of the vehicle weather information and the vehicle traveling state information, actual weather condition information indicating weather conditions around the road on which the vehicle travels.
