The insulating layer is arranged between the insulating bracket and the cylindrical battery core, so that the insulation between the cylindrical battery and the tray is effectively enhanced, and the risk of thermal runaway of the adjacent battery core caused by diffusion of thermal runaway of the target battery core to the adjacent battery core is effectively reduced; when high-temperature gas and conductive particles break through the insulating layer, enter the pressure relief channel and reach the pressure relief cavity, the high-temperature gas and the conductive particles reversely rush into the adjacent pressure relief channel after being subjected to resistance of the bottom protection plate, and conductive eruptions are not easy to break through the insulating layer at the bottom of the adjacent cylindrical battery, so that the conductive eruptions are effectively prevented from being diffused to adjacent battery cells, and thermal runaway of the adjacent battery cells is avoided.
本发明涉及一种圆柱电池包的绝缘防护结构、圆柱电池包及车辆,所述圆柱电池包的绝缘防护结构包括:电池模组、用于承载电池模组的托盘;绝缘支架,设置在电池模组与托盘之间;绝缘层,绝缘层设置在绝缘支架与电池模组之间;其中,托盘、绝缘支架上开设有与圆柱电池同轴的泄压通道。通过在绝缘支架与圆柱电芯之间设置绝缘层,有效加强圆柱电池与托盘之间的绝缘,从而有效降低靶电芯热失控向邻近电芯扩散造成邻近电芯热失控的风险;当高温气体和导电颗粒物冲破绝缘层进入泄压通道到达泄压腔,在受到底护板的阻力后反向冲到邻近泄压通道内,导电喷发物不易冲破邻近圆柱电池底部的绝缘层,从而有效防止扩散至邻近电芯,避免引发邻近电芯热失控。
