The invention relates to a high-voltage interlocking detection circuit, and the circuit comprises a power supply; the high-voltage interlocking module is powered by the power supply and is used for monitoring the connection condition of a high-voltage connector in the vehicle; the divider resistor is connected in series with the high-voltage interlocking module; the first switch is connected between the power supply and the high-voltage interlocking module; the first end of the second switch is connected to the power supply, and the second end of the second switch is connected to a common node between the high-voltage interlocking module and the divider resistor; and the microcontroller is configured to control the on-off of the first switch and the second switch, and judge whether a connection fault occurs in a high-voltage connector and the high-voltage interlocking detection circuit in the vehicle by calculating the impedance of the high-voltage interlocking module. The invention also relates to a high-voltage electrical system comprising the high-voltage interlock detection circuit, and a vehicle comprising the high-voltage electrical system.
