The invention relates to the technical field of safety detection, in particular to a workpiece damage detection device and a detection method thereof. The workpiece damage detection device comprises a shell and a detection part, and a channel allowing a workpiece to penetrate through is formed in the shell; the detection part is fixedly arranged on the shell and corresponds to the channel, the detection part is used for obtaining image information of the workpiece in the channel, and the detection part is suitable for being in communication connection with the controller so that the controller can determine whether the workpiece has a defect area or not according to the image information. According to the technical scheme, the structural arrangement is simple, nondestructive detection can be automatically conducted on the workpiece, the detection speed is increased, and the detection method is simple.

    本发明涉及安全检测技术领域,尤其涉及一种工件损伤检测装置及其检测方法。该工件损伤检测装置包括壳体和检测部,其中,壳体形成有供工件穿过的通道;检测部固设于壳体且与通道对应设置,检测部用于获取通道内工件的图像信息,检测部适于与控制器通信连接以使控制器根据图像信息确定工件是否存在缺陷区域。本发明技术方案结构设置简单,能够自动对工件进行无损检测,提高了检测速度,且检测方法简单。
