The invention discloses an elevator comfort self-adjusting device which comprises a plurality of elevator systems and a cloud server. The elevator system comprises a sensor module, an elevator parameter module, a local data transmission unit, a deep neural network reasoning unit and a motor driving control unit. The cloud server comprises a cloud data transmission unit and a cloud model training unit; the sensor module collects elevator sensor data; the elevator parameter module converts elevator sensor data into elevator operation parameters; the deep neural network reasoning unit calculates elevator control parameters; the local data transmission unit transmits elevator operation parameters to the cloud data transmission unit and receives network weight parameters of the deep neural network model at the same time, and the deep neural network reasoning unit updates the deep neural network model; the cloud model training unit continuously trains the deep neural network model; and the motor driving control unit controls the elevator system to operate according to the elevator control parameters.
