The invention discloses a sand-prevention air inlet device for a helicopter, and relates to the technical field of helicopter accessories, the sand-prevention air inlet device comprises an air inlet shell, the air inlet shell comprises an inner panel, a middle panel and an outer panel which are sequentially arranged from inside to outside, an air inlet cavity is formed between the inner panel and the middle panel, and a closed quicksand cavity is formed between the middle panel and the outer panel; one side of the air inlet cavity is converged to form an air inlet port; a plurality of first air inlet holes are formed in the outer panel, and a plurality of second air inlet holes are formed in the middle panel; a sand-dust separation assembly and a sand outlet assembly are arranged on the air inlet shell; when the device is used, centrifugal force is generated through the spiral shaft, outer ring sand dust enters the quicksand cavity through the separation pipe, pure air enters the air inlet cavity through the separation pipe, then the pure air enters the air inlet of the engine through the air inlet port, and the sand dust entering the quicksand cavity is discharged out of the air inlet shell through the fan; therefore, the purity of the air entering the air inlet of the engine is high enough.
