The invention relates to the technical field of material taking structures, and discloses a lateral material taking structure which comprises a vehicle body, a square groove is formed in the outer wall of the vehicle body, a movable groove is formed in the inner wall of the square groove, a rack is slidably connected to the inner wall of the movable groove, and a sealing plate is slidably connected to the inner wall of the square groove. Supporting legs are fixedly assembled on the inner wall of the bottom of the vehicle body, and a collecting shell is fixedly assembled on the tops of the supporting legs. Through the arrangement of the vehicle body, the square groove, the sealing plate, the rack and the screw rod structure, in the material receiving and taking process of the material taking structure, the screw rod rotates to drive the sliding block to move, meanwhile, the gear can be driven to rotate, and the rack drives the sealing plate and the square groove to be staggered or coincide; and on the contrary, the collecting shell can be sealed, it is guaranteed that external impurities cannot make contact with the received materials, and the sealing performance of the material taking structure is improved.

    本发明涉及取料结构技术领域,且公开了一种侧向取料结构,包括车体,所述车体的外壁开设有方槽,所述方槽的内壁开设有活动槽,所述活动槽的内壁滑动连接有齿条,所述方槽的内壁滑动连接有密封板,所述车体的底部内壁固定装配有支撑腿,所述支撑腿的顶部固定装配有收集壳。通过设置的车体、方槽、密封板、齿条、螺杆结构,使得该取料结构在对物料进行接取的过程中,螺杆转动带动滑块移动,同时还能够带动齿轮转动而让齿条带动密封板与方槽发生错位或者重合,以此保障接料壳能够移动至收集壳的外部来对物料进行接取作业,反之也能够收集壳进行密封,保障外界杂质无法接触接取到的物料,提高了该取料结构的密封性。
