The problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a cooling circuit capable of calculating a high-precision cooling amount without increasing man-hour and device load, and a vehicle having the cooling circuit. In order to solve the problem, the present invention provides a cooling circuit (1) comprising: a first refrigerant circuit (1A) that has a radiator (60) and cools a first object to be cooled (40); and a second refrigerant circuit (1B) that cools second cooling objects (31, 32, 33). In the cooling circuit (1), the refrigerant in the second refrigerant circuit (1B) is cooled by the refrigerant in the first refrigerant circuit (1A), and the cooling circuit (1) is provided with a control device (20) that calculates the amount of heat dissipated from the second refrigerant circuit (1B) to the first refrigerant circuit (1A), and the control device (20) determines the difference in refrigerant temperature, a first cooling coefficient, and a second cooling coefficient. On the basis of the difference, the first cooling coefficient, and the second cooling coefficient, the amount of cooling generated by heat dissipation from the second refrigerant circuit (1B) to the first refrigerant circuit (1A) is calculated.

    本发明要解决的问题是提供一种能够计算出高精度的冷却量而不会增加工时及装置负荷的冷却回路以及具有冷却回路的车辆。为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种冷却回路1,包括:第一制冷剂回路1A,具有散热器60,对第一冷却对象40进行冷却;及,第二制冷剂回路1B,对第二冷却对象31,32,33进行冷却;在冷却回路1中,利用第一制冷剂回路1A的制冷剂对第二制冷剂回路1B的制冷剂进行冷却,并且冷却回路1具有计算从第二制冷剂回路1B向第一制冷剂回路1A的散热量的控制装置20,控制装置20分别求出冷剂温度的差分、第一冷却系数、以及第二冷却系数,并基于差分、第一冷却系数及第二冷却系数,计算出由从第二制冷剂回路1B向第一制冷剂回路1A的散热所产生的冷却量。
