The invention relates to a piston structure for a vehicle suspension and a vehicle suspension structure.The piston structure for the vehicle suspension is characterized in that a piston is arranged in an air cylinder, a piston rod is connected with the piston, an air cylinder body connecting shaft is arranged at one end of the air cylinder, and a piston rod connecting shaft is arranged at the end of the piston rod; the cylinder body connecting shaft and the piston rod connecting shaft are respectively positioned at two ends of the cylinder and are respectively connected with the frame; the piston head is arranged on the piston; the light emitting and receiving device is arranged in an inner cavity of the air cylinder and used for obtaining position information of the piston according to light reflection to calculate the height of a vehicle body. The piston structure for the vehicle is connected with the expansion liquid container through a liquid damping electric control valve to form a vehicle suspension structure. According to the dynamic information, detected by the sensor arranged in the piston, of the piston head, the damping of the suspension system is judged and adjusted, and the purpose of controlling the vehicle suspension is achieved.

    本发明涉及一种车辆悬架用活塞结构及其车辆悬架结构,该车辆悬架用活塞结构,包括:活塞设置在气缸内,活塞杆与活塞连接,气缸缸体连接轴设置在气缸的一端,活塞杆连接轴设置在活塞杆的端部,气缸缸体连接轴与活塞杆连接轴分别位于气缸的两端,分别与车架连接;活塞头设置在活塞上;光发射接收装置设置在气缸内腔,用于根据光反射获取活塞的位置信息,以计算车辆的车体高度。车辆用活塞结构通过一液体阻尼电控阀门连接扩展液体容器,以组成车辆悬架结构。本发明根据设置在活塞中的传感器所检测到的活塞头动态信息,判断并调整悬架系统阻尼,达到控制车辆悬架的目的。
