The wing A is arranged at the upper end of the shaft A, and the wing B is connected with the hysteresis lifting module; the worm and gear rotating module is supported on the fixed bin cover and used for driving the wing A to rotate around the axis of the shaft A and driving the wing B to rotate around the axis of the hysteresis lifting module. The hysteresis lifting module realizes the ascending of the wing B based on aerodynamic force assistance and realizes the descending of the wing B based on gravity assistance; after the wing B descends, the wing A and the wing B can be stacked up and down; after the wing B ascends, the wing A and the wing B are located in the same horizontal plane.
