The invention discloses a non-pneumatic tire with a chiral mixed negative Poisson's ratio structure. In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides the following technical scheme: the radial plate comprises a radial plate inner ring; the tire crown is arranged on the outer side of the radial plate inner ring; the supporting mechanism comprises at least one concave honeycomb chiral structure layer which is arranged between the radial plate inner ring and the tire crown, and the concave honeycomb chiral structure layer is composed of a plurality of combined units; the Poisson ratio of the supporting mechanism is negative through the combination effect of the combination units. The combination unit at least comprises two connecting beams. Compared with the prior art, the novel concave honeycomb chiral structure layer is arranged, so that the maximum stress borne by the tire can be effectively reduced under the condition of the same load, and the problems of fatigue and damage of the material of the tire due to high load are effectively avoided.
