The invention relates to the technical field of tunnel pipe-jacking construction, and provides a construction method for dismantling a rectangular pipe-jacking pipe joint in a steel sleeve, which comprises the following steps: dismantling the steel sleeve at the upper part of the pipe-jacking pipe joint, and then vertically cutting the exposed part and the unexposed part of the pipe-jacking pipe joint; the cut pipe-jacking pipe joint is separated from the adjacent pipe joint; and a hoisting hole is formed in the cut pipe-jacking pipe joint, and hoisting equipment hoists the pipe-jacking pipe joint out of the well through the hoisting hole. The steel sleeve surrounding the upper half space of the rectangular jacking pipe joint is detached and hoisted, and then the jacking pipe joint supported in the lower half steel sleeve is detached. The exposed jacking pipe joint part and the non-exposed jacking pipe joint part are cut in different modes, a gap is formed between the cut jacking pipe joint and the jacking pipe joint close to one side after cutting, and then the cut jacking pipe joint is separated from the jacking pipe joint still connected to the other side in a pushing mode. Therefore, the cut jacking pipe joint can be hoisted out of a well.
本发明涉及隧道顶管施工技术领域,提供一种钢套筒内的矩形顶管管节拆除施工方法,包括:将顶管管节上部的钢套筒拆除,然后对顶管管节的露出部分和未露出部分进行竖向切割;将切割后的顶管管节与相邻管节进行分离;在切割后的顶管管节上布置吊装孔,吊运设备通过吊装孔将顶管管节吊装出井。本发明将包围在矩形顶管管节上半部空间的钢套筒拆除吊运,然后对支撑在下半部钢套筒中的顶管管节进行拆除施工。采用不同的方式对露出的顶管管节部分和未露出的顶管管节部分进行切割,切割后使得被切割的顶管管节与一侧临近的顶管管节之间具有间隙,然后对切割后的顶管管节与另一侧仍然连接的顶管管节进行顶推分离,从而使得切割后的顶管管节能够被吊运出井。
