The invention relates to the technical field of engineering machinery, and provides a hydraulic valve control method for an automatic locking device of a construction hoist, which comprises the following steps that: the construction hoist starts a normal ascending program, a one-way hydraulic pump and a rack relatively move and are in an idling state, and the running speed of the one-way hydraulic pump is controlled at 238 r/min at the moment; the hydraulic valve control system ensures that the construction hoist stably ascends at the speed of 5400 m/h by detecting the ascending speed and state of the construction hoist, and a hydraulic valve is in a dormant state at the stage and does not generate an action instruction to a hydraulic push rod brake. When the construction hoist descends normally, the one-way hydraulic pump starts to work, the output pressure of the hydraulic pump is maintained at 5 MPa at the moment, a hydraulic valve control system automatically adjusts the opening degree of a throttling valve to be 30% according to the change of brake pressure, the flow speed of hydraulic oil is controlled to be 0.5 L/s, and it is ensured that the construction hoist stably descends at the speed of 5400 m/h; the effects of safe lifting and emergency control of the construction hoist are achieved.

    本发明涉及工程机械技术领域,提出了一种用于施工升降机自动锁紧装置的液压阀控制方法,包括施工升降机启动正常上升程序,单向液压泵与齿条相对运动并处于空转状态,此时单向液压泵的运行速度控制在238r/min,液压阀控制系统通过检测施工升降机的上升速度和状态,确保施工升降机以5400m/h的速度稳定上升,液压阀在此阶段处于休眠状态,不对液压推杆制动器产生动作指令。施工升降机开始正常下降,单向液压泵开始工作,此时液压泵的输出压力维持在5MPa,液压阀控制系统根据制动压力的变化,自动调节节流阀的开启程度在30%,控制液压油的流速在0.5L/s,确保施工升降机以5400m/h的速度平稳下降,实现了施工升降机的安全升降与应急控制的效果。
