A push rod is installed in an inner cavity of a handle, a pawl is installed on the lower portion of the handle, and the pawl is connected with the push rod; the upper end of the pull plate is sleeved on the flat pin, the lower end of the pull plate is connected with the brake bracket through a moving shaft, and an adjusting bolt is connected to the moving shaft; the front end of the ratchet is rotationally connected with the brake support through a first bolt, a thick check ring and a thin check ring are arranged on the first bolt, the rear end of the ratchet is rotationally connected with the brake support through a supporting plate and a second bolt, the second bolt is sleeved with a spacer sleeve, and the other end of the supporting plate is connected with the middle of the pulling plate, the lower end of the handle and the brake support through a connecting shaft. According to the invention, the device has a self-locking function, can stop when being pulled to any tooth in the stroke, is high in adaptability, can adjust the structure as required for different energy vehicle types, different mounting angles, different zipper hanging modes, different stroke requirements, different switch touch modes and the like, and is high in inclusiveness and simple to operate.

    本发明公开了一种轻量化棘齿式手制动装置,在手柄内腔安装推杆,在手柄的下部安装棘爪,棘爪与推杆连接;拉板的上端套在平头销上,拉板的下端通过移动轴与制动支架连接,在移动轴上连接有调节螺栓;棘齿前端通过螺栓一与制动支架转动连接,在螺栓一上设有厚挡圈和薄挡圈,棘齿的后端通过支撑板和螺栓二与制动支架转动连接,在螺栓二上套有挡套,支撑板的另一端通过连接轴与拉板的中部、手柄下端以及制动支架连接。本发明带自锁,在行程中拉到任何一齿都可停止,适应性强,面对不同能源车型、不同的安装角度、不同的拉锁挂线方式、不同的行程要求、不同的开关触碰方式等,都可根据需要对结构进行调整,包容性强,操作简单。
