The invention discloses a flexible traction rope which comprises a main rope body and a main rope sleeve, the main rope body is formed by connecting a rope end to end, and the main rope body comprises a connecting part formed by two parallel ropes and two traction parts located at the two ends of the connecting part; the main rope sleeve is sleeved on the connecting part, and two ends of the main rope sleeve are respectively connected with two ends of the connecting part. The invention further discloses a manufacturing method of the flexible traction rope. Through the arrangement of the structure, the two ends of the main rope sleeve are connected to the two ends of the connecting part respectively, the connecting part and the main rope sleeve can form a whole, the strength of a product is improved, the product bears larger load when a heavy object is pulled, and the main rope sleeve can be used for protecting the connecting part and preventing the connecting part from being damaged; the two traction parts can allow a user to connect the traction rope to the output end of the traction equipment more conveniently, so that the user can use the traction equipment conveniently; meanwhile, the main rope body and the main rope sleeve are both made of high-molecular polymer fibers, so that the rope has high tensile strength and lower rebound resilience and is safer to use.

    本发明公开了一种柔性牵引绳,包括主绳体和主绳套,主绳体由一根绳子首尾连接形成,主绳体包括由两个并列的绳子形成的连接部和位于连接部两端的两个牵引部;主绳套套设于连接部,主绳套两端分别连接于连接部两端。本发明还公开了一种柔性牵引绳的制造方法。通过上所述结构的设置,主绳套两端分别连接于连接部两端,既可以将连接部与主绳套形成一个整体,提高产品的强度,使产品在牵引重物时的承重更大,又可以使用主绳套保护连接部,防止连接部受到损伤;而两个牵引部可以容许用户更方便地将牵引绳连接于牵引设备的输出端,可以方便用户使用;同时,主绳体和主绳套均为高分子聚合纤维制成的,其具有较强的拉伸强度,更低的回弹性,使用更安全。
