The invention discloses a self-adaptive ballast control system for an airship. The self-adaptive ballast control system comprises the airship, an unmanned aerial vehicle bracket, a rotor unmanned aerial vehicle cluster, a load control system, a ground service station and a comprehensive control center, according to the self-adaptive ballast control system for the airship, the unmanned aerial vehicle is used as a substitute of a traditional heavy object as a ballast, the load of the ballast can be freely and instantly adjusted according to the change of the load and the lift force, and additional lift force or downward pressure can be provided when necessary.
