The display assembly is arranged in a vehicle window of the vehicle, and the display assembly comprises a display screen; the method comprises the following steps: in response to a first trigger operation of a user on a dimming control in the display screen, displaying a brightness adjustment interface of the vehicle window in the display screen; acquiring a dimming operation based on the brightness adjustment interface; and in response to the dimming operation, the light transmittance of the vehicle window is adjusted. By adopting the method, the problem that the current vehicle cannot solve the discomfort of the user and is difficult to meet the user demand can be solved.
