The invention relates to a balanced suspension system and an automobile. The balanced suspension system comprises two balanced suspension supports and a transverse connecting plate, the balanced suspension supports are made of aluminum alloy materials, each balanced suspension support comprises a first end and a second end, and the two first ends are connected to the two sides of the frame respectively. The two ends of the transverse connecting plate are connected to the two second ends respectively, and at least part of the transverse connecting plate is made of a glass fiber material or a carbon fiber material. The balanced suspension supports are made of the aluminum alloy materials, the transverse connecting plate is connected between the two balanced suspension supports, and the transverse connecting plate is made of the glass fiber materials or the carbon fiber materials, so that the weight of the balanced suspension system is reduced, and the transverse connecting plate can share the longitudinal load borne by the frame; the stress between the balanced suspension bracket and the frame is reduced, and the strength and the stress capacity of the balanced suspension system are improved on the basis of light weight.
