The invention provides a buck-boost device, a control method thereof and a vehicle, and relates to the technical field of electronic circuits, the buck-boost device comprises at least one buck-boost circuit, the buck-boost circuit comprises an energy storage inductor, a first switch tube and a second switch tube, the first end of the energy storage inductor is connected with the second pole of the corresponding first switch tube and the first pole of the corresponding second switch tube, and a diode is connected in series between the first pole and the second pole of each of the first switch tube and the second switch tube; the second ends of the energy storage inductors in the buck-boost circuits are connected to form a first connection point, the first poles of the first switching tubes in the buck-boost circuits are connected to form a second connection point, and the second poles of the second switching tubes in the buck-boost circuits are connected to form a third connection point. According to the invention, the complexity of the buck-boost device is reduced, and the output current and/or output power of the buck-boost device can be improved.
