The invention discloses a suspension motor, a suspension system and a vehicle, the suspension motor comprises a stator and a rotor, the rotor and the stator are mutually coupled to enable the rotor to move back and forth, one of the stator and the rotor is provided with a plurality of accommodating grooves for accommodating windings, and the other one is provided with a plurality of permanent magnets. Under the maximum coupling length of the stator and the rotor, the number of the containing grooves is z, the number of poles of the permanent magnets is p, and z and p meet the following condition that z/p is larger than or equal to 3/4 and smaller than or equal to 3/2. According to the suspension motor provided by the embodiment of the invention, the electromagnetic thrust of the suspension motor can be improved and the working performance of the suspension motor can be optimized by selecting a proper ratio of the number of the accommodating grooves to the number of poles of the plurality of permanent magnets.
