The invention discloses a V2H-based household optical storage and charging system energy management method, and the method comprises the steps: predicting the photovoltaic and load power of the next day according to historical data and numerical weather forecast; based on a prediction result and real-time data rolling optimization, taking energy storage charging and discharging power, EV charging and discharging power, system and main power grid interaction power, energy storage SOC, electric vehicle SOC and light abandoning power as decision variables; according to the method, energy storage charging and discharging power constraints, energy storage SOC upper and lower limit constraints, EV charging and discharging power constraints, EV SOC upper and lower limit constraints, energy storage converter capacity constraints and photovoltaic limit constraints are considered, the minimum energy cost of a user on that day is taken as an objective function, a rolling optimization model of the optical storage and charging system is constructed, and an optimal energy management strategy is solved. A user can independently choose to charge the electric vehicle disorderly or orderly and turn on or turn off the V2H, so that the flexibility and the controllability of the EV are fully exerted, and electric power is saved for the user equipped with photovoltaic and energy storage devices.

    本发明公开了一种基于V2H的户用光储充系统能量管理方法,根据历史数据及数值天气预报,对次日的光伏及负荷功率进行预测;基于预测结果及实时数据滚动优化,以储能的充放电功率、EV的充放电功率、系统与主电网交互功率、储能SOC、电动汽车SOC、弃光功率为决策变量,考虑储能充放电功率约束、储能SOC上下限约束、EV充放电功率约束、EV的SOC上下限约束、储能变流器容量约束、光伏限发约束,以用户当日能量成本最少为目标函数,构建光储充系统滚动优化模型并求解得到最优能量管理策略。用户可自主选择对电动汽车进行无序或有序充电、开启或关闭V2H,充分地发挥EV的灵活性和可调控性,为安装有光伏和储能的用户节省电力。
